Admission Requirements

    • Minimum requirement: O’Level(minimum of 5 credits including mathematics and English language) NCE, OND, HND, or BSc (Pass or above).
    • Mature Candidates: + 5 years’ teaching experience (with competent literacy and numeracy skills).

First Semester

  • TIC 101: Understanding the Learner (3 units) – Explore learner diversity and how to create inclusive classrooms.
  • TIC 103: Learners and the Learning Process (3 units) – Understand how students learn and how to adapt teaching strategies.
  • TIC 105: Classroom Management (3 units) – Gain skills for building a positive classroom culture and handling disruptions.
  • TIC 107: Teaching & Delivering Instruction (3 units) – Learn practical teaching methods to engage and motivate learners.
  • TIC 109: Assessment (2 units) – Discover how to design and use assessment to support learning.
